I’m new to property investing and refurbishment, is this right for me?
As we provide bespoke 1 to 1 mentoring it doesn’t matter what your current experience is. Martin will work with you to close gaps in your knowledge and improve your processes whether you are planning your first refurbishment or your twenty first.
I don’t own a property to refurbish yet
Most clients join this programme with a specific project that they would like to gain support with however if you are struggling to find the right property to refurbish then Martin can help with this as well. If you have some blocks that are not refurbishment related then take the option to have some calls with Sarah and she will be able to unblock these for you.
I need help working out the cost of a refurbishment, can I learn that on this programme?
Absolutely, just book a 2 hour slot with Martin.
How long does this programme run?
Membership is a monthly subscription, you can therefore stay in the Academy for as long as you like subject to a minimum membership of 6 months.
Can Martin visit me at my project or office?
Absolutely, Martin can agree an additional fee based upon your location.
How do I book the calls with Martin?
Once you are onboard you will receive a link to book your first call, thereafter you can agree recurring calls with Martin or use the same link to book ad-hoc calls to suit you.
How quickly can I access the other online resources?
Immediately - once you have signed up you will receive access details to everything that you need on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email within the following few days confirming everything again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subject to the expiration of the minimum 6 month membership period, please send an email to hello@refurbishmentmasterclass.co.uk at least 72 hours before your next monthly payment is due to be taken.
